The lettering on the reverse of this tiny bronze (15mm, 4.5g), which I admit is difficult to see in the photo, appears to read BAΣIΛE . . .on top and ANTIO on the bottom. The notes in the listing for this lot includes "Seleukid Kings, Antiochos IV, AE 14mm." (https://www.cngcoins.com/Coin.aspx?CoinID=357479) These coins came loose, without any holders, so I don't know for sure which coin they were describing, but Antiochos IV seems like a good place to start with this one. My questions are about the devices. Is the obverse image supposed to be Serapis, or do you see something else? The reverse image reminds me of an elephant's head, but I'm guessing it's supposed to be something else, too. Any ideas? Thanks for your thoughts!
You're right about the reverse being an elephant's head, but you have the obverse upside down... rotate it 180 degrees and you'll have "veiled bust of Laodike IV right", similar to this : https://cngcoins.com/Coin.aspx?CoinID=260383
