Picked up a 1959 dime in coinstar reject slot today, along with a wheatie, clad quarter and some other change.

Speaking of non-Sequitirs...were wheat cents invented before Wheaties? Have a good week all!

16d dime is still good even if it's cut in half

My very first trip to a Coinstar reject slot yielded me a nice 1958 Franklin half dollar. Now I'm spoiled and will expect something nice every time.

1844 shilling worn as a necklace. Second oldest find in a Coinstar. Too bad it has a hole in it!

1941-P Merc. Found more Mercs and silver quarters so far than I have silver Roosies in the last month!

Okay, I had a chance to research this "coin" on the web and found another person with the same exact looking coin with a necklace hole in the same position! Turns out it is a modern replica that was sent out with the Assassins Creed 3 video game, lol!

Found a 93-P half in the reject tray of my bank's coin machine as I was getting ready to dump coins. First time to find a freebie in that machine!
