    Perhaps the reverse is Perseus holding a harpa and Medusa's severed head.

    Really close! But not exact. He looks kinda chubbier

    Ancient coins won't be exact unless they are die matches and even then there will be differences.

    It would seem I am wrong on this one, I would never have guessed it to be a provincial of Gallienus. Glad someone was able to identify it correctly.
