Not doubled dies. It was struck with clashed dies. Dies get clashed when they contact each other with no planchet in the coining chamber, leaving an impression on the opposite dies.
50 cents to a dollar, at retail. It's a keeper, but the expense of selling it isn't worth the trouble. If you like it, hang on to it.
