I wish you could post better pictures of it. When I enlarged the obverse, I think I see a slight outline image before and after Washingtons head, but without better pictures I can't say it's any more than a stained coin. You could send it to NGC for restoration and then grading.

I just enlarge it and now i saw the reverse side struck on the front

 

I just noticed there is a lot of things struck on this coins. I thought those are scratch but when i use the magnifying glass its the image i saw 3 heads 3 birds and the eagle. You will see the claw on the ear

 

Program called PhotoScape...rotate, crop as round image. Now post as full size

 

I don't know about 3 birds and the eagle, but I can definitely see the three heads

 

I'LL post the reverse side later. Not the same thing as the front but you'll see the photoscape and rotate image

 

Turn the coin 3 o clock. The liberty side now is the botto of your coin. You will see the reverse side of the coins. The plants the bird and ypu will see the rest

 

Only the rarest of quarters have these. Legend has it, there's a secret exchange in every bank (kinda like McDonald's secret menu) where you can turn this in for (roughly) 25% of a US Dollar. Great find!
