    Not A Broadstrike.
Definition: When a planchet is poorly centered and then struck out of collar, it ends up as either an off-center strike or an uncentered broadstrike. To qualify as an uncentered broadstrike, the design must be fully present on both faces. If the design is cut off at the edge on one or both faces, it is an off-center strike.

I guess I just interpret it differently and respectfully disagree. The only fields that appear to be "missing" are the very tops of the first three letters in the word "UNITED" on the reverse.

However, with closer inspection, they are not missing and were in fact struck; just deformed by how the planchet appears to slope away from the rest of it. You can see how it is stretched out at the top of the letters "TED" in UNITED and all the letters in "STATES."
