Where did you get that number? I guess you can say any value as long as you add "possibly" at the end. Anything is possible.
OP - Yes your coin is a WAM. Congrats. As to value, MS65 graded examples have sold on ebay recently for $16.99. Raw seem to be selling in the 1-10 dollar range, most being closer to $5.
I wouldn't think it would. Not MAD enough to make it interesting. I've seen a few truly off-center WAMS that have sold for ~$20-$100 depending on the severity of the off-center.
Thank you @Double Die So if the coin is MAD would like half the rim be missing because I have found one where the lettering, In God We Trust, is where the rim should be and slightly goes off the edge. What could that possibly be worth , I will be able to show a picture when I get home.
MAD's are pretty common and don't hold much extra value unless more extreme. Now an off center strike (both obverse & reverse equally) holds more of a premium depending on just how off center it is. You can ask for a million dollars, but in actuality, might only bring a few bucks. See what comps are going for to get a baseline. You gotta start somewhere.
