Don't usually keep these, but this is a new pickup that's mine (for now, anyway) and nicer than normal (also, that's not an offer to B/S/T FWIW)

Okay...I'm not sure which KM# this is, but I believe it's a China (Fukien Province) 10 Cash from 1901-1905. Would definitely appreciate some attribution help.

Bought it from an old collection (there will be some more coins to share once I'm done with imaging) - they were all stored in manila envelopes (hence the color.) My first impression is that it was cleaned a long time ago and then re-toned in the envelope - because there is some underlying luster (stronger on the reverse than the obverse.)

What do you think? AU details? UNC details? Attribution?

Looks like its been cleaned, not very worn at all, AU details is a good guess. Fukien is Fu Jian Province, straight west from Taiwan. With a coin like this I type in as much of the wording on it as I can then 'numista', and usually find the story about it. Sometimes it helps to be able to read some of the Chinese characters as well.

Some highlights from today's visit to the LCS (all were stored in manila envelopes, which explains the color):

Wow, you scored some really beautiful coins there! Wish I had a LCS around here.

    Thanks!

I think my favorite, and possibly the least valuable, is that Ceylon 1937 Cent. Only books for a couple dollars in BU.

The Ireland farthing is pretty nice in hand, as is the Mozambique 20 Centavos and the Ecuadorian Centavo.

There are quite a few adjustment marks on the coin but then most of her coins have also seen a lot of use. If they are in AU or MS grades, their prices are absolutely astronomical:( This crown is a VF35.

I guess after 18 pregnancies and no surviving heir anyone has a right to be....."hissed" ;)......a very unfortunate Queen
