I would like to see a full image of the obverse.

Full shot of the obverse would be good. I see what possibly could be some Blakesly Effect across from the possible clip.

I have a hard time calling these real without seeing some signs of the Blakesly Effect. I'm seeing something on the reverse.

I don't think a clipped planchet would have those damage lines

It could be a clip. Photo of entire obverse, and the missing rim section from the side /edge on.

Looks to ragged to be a clip.

Not an expert, but I vote clip.

There is a spot on the opposite edge that looks like it could be the Blakesley affect.

The damage on the opposite rim at 10 o'clock is obscuring to me, and I am not seeing the effect on the 9 o'clock edge.

    So what do you think?

Waiting for an expert to weigh in and explain if it is PMD or if it is a clip with or without the Blakesley.

Are the pictures good enough or does there need to be a better shot of the opposite end of the possible clip

First I thought it may be a clip. But the ragged edges from both ends of the clip
don't seem to be right and I am not seeing the Blakesley. It could be damage. But IDK enough about it. There are quite a few experts here with the knowledge to determine if this is damage or an error.
