Hello guys! Came across this 1999 dime today and it seems like its missing the clad layer on and might have a double strike on the mint mark. As well as this 1965 dime looks like its missing clad layer on both sides. Can anyone help?

Both are normal Dimes with Environmental Damage.

I metal detect and have found thousands of clad coins that have color changes due to exposure to the elements, sand, soil, dirt
    Here are my finds -

I also collect Mint Error coins, 31 years in the hobby.
Missing Clad layer usually occurs on only one side of a Clad Dime or Quarter showing the exposed copper core
Yours is not Missing Clad layer at all
Here are examples from my collection -
