I know I can probably find it on google, but what are some of the most common and easiest to spot errors and varieties? Nothing too small, only have a 5x loupe and not to much advanced knowledge. If I could get a top 5 li
Just keep in mind that you might go through 1500 Cents and find nothing at all. Also - http://doubleddie.com
1500 is not that many to look through. Not saying that you won't find anything but it's not a huge pool to look through.
Because you asked the following question... what are some of the most common and easiest to spot errors and varieties?
We coin roll hunters loooooove to see photos of your finds! There is a good section to post them in also and you can see what everyone else grabs. Paddy is correct, you could go what seems to be forever with out finding anything that suits your fancy so if it happens, don't loose hope. Learn in the process.
It's funny you should post this, today! I too looked through 1527 cents yesterday (belonging to my elderly father in law) and found just 6 wheaties, including a 1919. Curious, you've found 9 wheat cents and are now going to look through them AGAIN for varieties?
My average was a little better, $5.00 worth of pennies and I found 6 wheats and 3 Canadian cents. Also a 1909 Cent. That one has been around a long time. Also yesterday I found 10 dimes in a coin star reject slot, one was silver. They are out there. Just keep looking.
