Are old peso coins worth 1/1000 of current pesos (i.e. approaching zero) or is there some value for their age? I have some 50 and 100 peso coins (circulated) from the 80s.
from the 80's maybe, but not much, unless the coin is supr rare by minting numbers. i dont have any books (yet) on world coins, but the 80's is not that far back, not very old. wasnt the peso conversion 1000 old pesos = 1 new peso? if so, then 100 peso coin would be 1/10 ( i think that maths right lol) actually, thats mexico .. what country are these coins from?
