1970 D strange !

Ok this one looks like it has major issues but cannot tell for sure without cleaning it... Any thoughts or suggestions?

Whats up with the lettering above our 14th presidents head?

 

Guys I'm just not sure if it's dried up soda with another coin that Laid against it but looking close it looks like some of the stuff runs through the original lettering?

 

When we see anything having to do with the 14th president, I'll let you know.

Tried scraping with a razor and doesn't appear to be anything soft !

 

Looks like some kind of glue. acetone may take it off. and I think it is a 1976-D.

 

I believe that's a 1976 and not a 1970.

 

Do you work construction ? Was it found at a construction site cause it looks like cement
