    Beautiful :)
    I have examples of the Swiss and British but not the South African. I can't say I'm a fan of the guy on the obverse, but I do like the springbok on the reverse.

    If you call the small what do you consider a Mexican 2 peso to be? I consider gold coins this size to be pretty standard.

    Agree, what i actually tried to imply is that it is not full ounces ...
    2 Peso same diameter as this one ... (aplogies for poor picture)

    Are there any full one ounce circulating gold coins? Even a double eagle is not a full ounce.

    Mexican 50 pesos are over an ounce. Not sure how much circulation they saw though.

    There are several that are over an ounce. My question is whether there are any circulating gold coins which are exactly one ounce.
