    Again, this coin, like the cent you posted, is just PMD.

    You really need a better understanding of the minting process if you are going to search for errors. There are thousands of ways that coins can be damaged in circulation, but there are limited ways that error coins can occur during the minting process.

    I understand. I am very new I just so happened to pick up a 2017 red book from a yard sale about a week ago. Was just curious, and appreciate the responses. Thank you.

    The Red Book does not identify errors, and only provides a limited amount of information about varieties. You'd be better off getting a book on the subject like the one below.
