AU58, maybe higher if I had the benefit of in-hand examination and tilting. With what's here, I can't identify what's going on with the curls. As usual, with me as the grader (or a bidder), color gains you exactly NOTHING.
My gut said AU-55, but I see enough unbroken luster for a 58. The toning looks like it came from an old ANACS holder. It is not MS. Not at all. The change in color at the high points signifies a reduction in spectral reflectivity of struck coins (aka luster), which will not reflect light strongly enough through the patina to get colorful hues. It could aldo be argued that the patina was simply worn off, but then you have wear, so either way it is a circulated coin.
At first glance I thought 58. And then I read everyone's comments. It's hard to grade this MS, I think it circulated a little. Lot of bag marks and minor scratches. Wear on the hat and hair. I mean it's a beautiful coin anyone would love to have. Do you believe this color is natural toning?
I'm going to say again 55 but detailed graffiti on the Rev. EPU ! Someone tryed to fix a weak strike / strike thru ? by filling in the missing letters. Nice coin but details
That is a really tough coin to grade from a picture. I would really want to examine the coin in hand. I collect bust coins and don't see a ton with this color. I would be worried the toning is trying to hide some underlying issues. If there are no issues, it is easily an AU coin as mentioned earlier. I would also take a closer look at the PLURI section. Good eye. I also agree with the comment regarding wanting to see the coin to examine the curls. I just know too many people who take a details bust coin and put it in an envelope or other environment to try and cover stuff up. It is amazing what a couple years on a window shelf can do with the right conditions and envelope. I actually find this coin to be very attractive with the toning.
