I have a 1967 penny where the obverse and reverse are not 180 degrees offset if that makes sense, is that called offset as opposed to off center? I'd say mine is about 20 degrees from where it normally would be, also, wondering if it's worth anything in this condition found in circulation has grime/fingerprints ,
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the Mint considers a rotation less than 15-20 degrees as acceptable. Most dealers don't usually mess with anything less than 90 degrees, and bidiots will buy almost anything. Chris
