Most likely MD but though I’d check

I save all the major error dates from CRH and going through the 1983’s I found this. I’m pretty sure it’s MD because it doesn’t match any of the known DDR. Though I would check before I dumped it.

I see a Misaligned Die Strike on the Obverse

 

Strike doubling.

 

If referring to what is clearest on the C of CENT, it is indeed strike doubling.
