67 PPQ? Hooey!

    These notes have been altered. Even the TPG label says "post-BEP". I think it's nonsense that they are straight up giving these a grade without an Apparent designation. And they gave it PPQ too!

    I think the PPQ definition most of the time is crap anyways, this just puts the cherry on the crap sundae. No way you can modify a note and get a PPQ if PPQ means anything.
