Lincoln 1971-S

Jim if you open the photos in a new browser window they are about 2300 x 2200 and show as much detail as I could get with the equipment I have at the moment. The bowtie and the steps were both difficult to capture because when the light made them crisp other areas would go dark or blur. I may try to get pics of the features by themselves.

I am sorry, but I do not feel the resolution of the enlargement allows me to say one way or the other. With a sensor type of camera, usb or general camera much of an image is interpolated and appears 'smoothed' rather than showing very small detail. But here is a thread from an expert on a different forum I respect and also a member, maybe it will help you; Jim
