What kind of error coin is this ?

    What kind of error coin is this ? its located between the 6 and 4

    It looks like it might be a small die crack to me.

    There's ways to tell if that is a L variety. Think it has something to do with the A position and denticles

    It looks like a die gouge, not a die crack.

    Why is the head so worn/mushy compaired with the rest of the coin?

    Isn't that coin one of those L ribbon type coins. If so, why doesn't someone br i ng that up. I don't know enough to press the issue. Could i be wrong?

    It isn't the L type. You may want to double check your diagnostics. A quick google search will set you straight
