1965 quarter error

    I've read that between 65-67 certain quarters were error mintage. I’m having a difficult time finding a picture that denotes the difference between the standard coin and the error coin, though. Which one is this?

    As always, thanks for helping a newbie.

    The Quarter you are showing is all circulation wear damage.

    Any coin in all years have Mint Errors. They were not minted deliberately though.. That's why they are called Mint Errors not Mint Done on purpose issues.

    It depends on which error you mean. It could be just about anything from missing a clad layer to a railroad rim or even a broadstrike. There are many more named errors that exist.
