Would my coin be considered a ddo

Difficult to see if it might be a "Poor Man's DD", but definitely not the BIG ONE. Do a google search.

 

I see a little doubling on the "9" but not much else. I can't tell if there is anymore because the picture is slightly out of focus. I agree with @Kentucky , poor man's DD maybe, but not much more.

Plus it appears there is are some light scratches in the left obverse fields. XF coin, IMO.

 

A true 1955 DDO is truly pronounced and in hand you can't miss it! Also, it's quite a rare coin. Better luck, next time!

IMO if you want our help I would take it out of the 2x2 and take a better pic, it would be better for some of us old guy's that where glasses.LOL

It appears to me based on the pics which are better but as with anything else can always be improved, your coin as DDD (die deterioration doubling). JMHO
