I was going through some of my junk bin coins today and I came across this aluminum coin. I was impressed with the condition, so I decided to look it up in my catalog. :wideyed::wideyed::wideyed:
I was amazed with the cat value of this coin (MS60 $60 )

So my question is do you think this value is somewhat accurate...
or is it way out of the ball park?

    Thanks

1967 is the lowest mintage (~ 1 mil) in the series, but overall a very common type. Without researching it more thoroughly, I'd guess $60 is a little optimistic.

NGC shows the MS60 retail value as $25. I didn't see any for sale or sold recently on EBay... I'd say you might be able to get $5-10 for it in a realistic market.

    Just my opinion, though. :)
