Sounds like you typed/posted this while in the Lotus position yoga pose. ;);)

    All kidding aside, I agree.

Couldn't do that pose, let alone type while in it. We all suffer in a different ways /dimension.

Oh Blast, six pages? What a wallow to wade through. There are none so blind as those who will not see. OP appears blind as a bat.........

If you are using a 1911 Encyclopedia, there might be a few things you need to catch up on... ;P

In the mid 70's a friend and I were out fishing on a lake in a canoe before dawn.
I couldn't see, but he was like: HOLY COW! Did you see that? And I said no. And he said a bat flew right up to my chest and then went over the top of my head and flew off.

On the other hand, on a dusk bike ride a year or two ago, I caught a bug in the face -- immediately followed by the bat that was closing on it. Flew right into my face, rolled down, hung onto my jersey for a second, then flew or fell away.

I couldn't quite believe it had happened, until I got home and saw the wing-print on my glasses.

    (No, I didn't get rabies.)

I only use it for knowledge which is more than 100 years old. I have five complete printed editions of the encyclopedia.

You trying to get back to shore before dark? Had to have some wind speed to have that happen.
I was leaving the Foothills the other day, saw a Red Tail Hawk, in the wind. I decided to hit the brakes and slowed to 40 from 60. That bird missed my window by maybe a foot.
