2015S ATB Saratoga Quarter

    I get a 100 coin bag of quarters from each mint when a new series starts and put them away until a rainy day to go through them. Well, it is pouring outside and I opened the bag of 2015S Saratoga quarters and found several of these (12). There seems to be a doubled chin and lips. Unusual for the San Francisco Mint. What do you think?

    Die deterioration doubling but not an error. I found some of the same in a bag I had.
