I found this coin in a roll and it looks, for lack of a better word, wrinkled. Is this a lamination error? It makes President Kennedy look incredibly old. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

die deterioration is considered damage by collectors and not worth grading, it will not grade as an error....
Well, sort of! It is not considered an error, but it is not considered damage that a grading service wouldn't "straight grade". It's just not worth paying the price for grading. Chris
