    just wondering what this is none of the others have it, and its not a pencil, I checked. the ink is to much like the word and it has the same kinda fade in it. so, is it a keeper to check into, are just a trip to tacobell? lol ty for ur time.

    If you’re asking about the mark to the left of the word Twenty, maybe someone was testing a felt tip pen. Or just bored.

    It is very likely just part of a stamp from a bank teller. After verifying a strap of bills tellers will often stamp the strap with relevant information such as the date, the name of the bank, depository numbers, etc. Tellers tend not to be too careful about the placement of their stamps so it is common for them to partially stamp the first bill at the top of the strap.
