Recently invested in tokens sale very excited and deposited on two separate days. After over a week passed still no receipt for my transactions so i began asking. The reply from the CEO was that he already sent it to my email. This went round after round. Not so.. Then finding out that the prices for the tokens will not be decided until after the pre-sale and IOC are over... So I asked that my money be refunded and was told it would be ASAP. Nothing yet and now they are not answering my emails, and subsequently blocked me on their Telegram channel as well... What can, would, should one do??
    Thanks

How did you fund the deposits?

A lot of missing information here. You invested in tokens? Invested? What tokens? Who from? You mentioned a presale, and IOC. The only thing that pops to mind for me for IOC, is the International Olympic Committee. You say the prices for the tokens haven't been decided, so how did you know how much to "deposit"? The fact that they can't give you a timeline for your refund is disturbing, but I can't judge if it's a scam because I don't know who you're dealing with. The only thing I can suggest is that if you funded your "deposit" with a credit card you can do a chargeback. If they wouldn't accept a credit card and assisted on some other form of payment, then chances are good it is a scam, and you're not likely to be able to get your money back.

I’m guessing he meant ICO which commonly means “Inital Coin Offering”, used in crypto currencies.

I don't think anyone can give you any answers until you say what you were "depositing" (and how). If this really is a cryptocurrency transaction, the answer may well be "live and learn".
