Tammy, have you tried soaking it in Dawn dishwashing soap solution ? Some of what your pictures show is dirt, grime and some metal hazing due to soil adhesion and stuff. Might you tell us where'd you find it and more specifications as to how deep was it "stuck-in-its-position-debris"??
I thought I was going to see a Wisconsin quarter due to the word "corn" in the title. It's currently worth 25 cents. If you hang on to it for a hundred years it should be worth at least 25 cents.
yeah but in 100 years 25 cents will have the purchasing power that 1 or 2 cents does today, so it's really not worth hanging on to.
