I just found my 4th 1998 WAM. I HAVE ALSO FOUND 4 2000 WAM"s. Have yet to find a 1999 WAM. am i the only one that gets these coins. Also found a 2009 lmc with the bottom skelton baby finger. Am i a Lucky WAM freak?
I thought i was cleaning house. I give mine away. Glad to hear you have a 99. I am saving my low leaf Wisconsin, and 2 1943 over 42 nickles. Only coins I've saved. Have jars of 1971 and 72 lincolns. Along with about 1,000 1988's. Can't see well to inspect them. Saving them for the next generation. Your good at what you do. Hats off
I've found a few of the 98's and a single 2000. Still looking for the 99. I'm also on the lookout for the 92/92d CAM but I figure the odds are against me ever finding one of those.
I've only ever found 1 2000 wide am. I have only searched 67,400 cents since I started roll hunting so that may have something to do with it.
I am in the same boat. I keep searching for the others with no luck. These tend to be harder to find here in Montana as we don't get too many Philly cents here to search through.
Your luck is gonna change. Gotta. Thats serious hunting. Good luck. My next 98 is going to you. Keep in touch
It's almost been 2 years and the extend to which I pay attention to the coins I do search, I guess that is a lot. I'm sure it will change. Even if it doesn't, I enjoy the hunt!
Bingo! People ask me why I do this. If you take the value of all the "keepers" I've found and divide it by the number of hours I've spent, it probably comes out to cents on the hour. So I'm definitely not doing it for the profit. It's all about the thrill of the hunt!
Still haven't found any... Then again, I don't roll search (just pocket change) so that's probably why I haven't found any. It's amazing how many you guys have found. Looking forward to my first one
