$17.82 is more than I've gotten. Best eBay Bucks payout I've gotten was probably in the $4-6-ish range. But every little bit helps.

I was getting ready to call your bluff, because eBay bucks are capped at $500 / quarter (that’s a quarter year, not twenty-five cents!) and expire after 30 days, so they don’t roll over, either. Glad you admitted the April fools joke! Although, you could have easily got to $500 with their recent 15% bonus eBay bucks. But you would have needed to do it in at least 5 separate transactions, since each transaction is limited to $100 max eBay bucks.
I missed the part where the Chief had very briefly added a strategically-placed additional "h" to his username, and thus I was taken by hook and line if not sinker too.
