Reference books / internet sites for conversion of Fuld to the new Fuld Unified number system

I am having trouble finding and transferring the old Fuld numbers to the New Fuld Unified Number System. Is there any books or an internet site that show the cross referencing of the numbers ? What would be the best book for cross referencing ?

Most of my books don't have, or only a few of the numbers.

This is great. THANK YOU ! Is there one for store cards also. I have seen some references using a 5 digit number.
