I just received these two books in the mail from CNG: I'll be posting full reviews once I've had a chance to properly read and digest these books (so, sometime in late summer ) but from my brief perusal so far I am very happy with my purchase. Both books are currently on sale at CNG, so if you were considering buying either or both, now would be a good time.
Both are excellent resources. I regularly use each of them for my research. To gloat a bit: I am pleased to own four plate coins from van't Haaff's book.
