    I grew up in the flatland farm country of central Indiana. And summers in the Ozarks clearing land as work. We have no accent. Y’all do.

    Did Roman babies pop out of the womb with tiny dumbbells in their hands? Even the children were ripped!!! Now I know how they were able to conquer most of the known world, steroid infused olive oil!

    At least you didn't journey to Ohio for you work. Your "Y'all" would have been a "You'ns"! :smuggrin:

    Funny! I'm originally from Iowa and this is what everyone there says about an Iowa accent as well! One of the newscasters people point to is Tom Brokaw... who is actually from South Dakota but went to the University of Iowa.
