Multi strike 1961 d penny

Found this in a nice couple rolls I got from the bank, lots of nice shiny coppers and a couple uncirculated rolls of 69, 72, and 75

Was easy to notice the date and mint mark appears 3 times (twice on the front, once on the back), must have been part of a coin sandwich?

I'm new to this and I've found some cheap errors online what's this worth?

The image could be a lot better but it looks like PMD to me.

Squeeze job. You can tell because the letters are reversed. Not an error.

Thanks folks, I should have noticed the recessed nature of the marks! I'd like to think this happened at the mint but what do I know? It's ugly!
