1996p &2001p nickels-are these strike through?

    Hey folks how ya'lldoing? I found these two nickels last night and was wondering if they were strike through errors.     An engraving tool or chatter from a drill bit on the first. Damage on all as said above.

    If either had been a strikethrough, you wouldn't see coin metal raised along the edge of the marks. The dies would have prevented this from happening.
