1987 P nickel few cracks in collar..PMD or error

  1. Hi all, still new to the error hunting game so excuse my ignorance on things for a bit. I'm torn about this nickel, at first i thought PMD, but by Liberty i also noticed extra numbers/letters so i wasn't 100%. Unfortunately, about to head to work so i only have these 2
    pics.

    What you are saying is the collar is actually the rim. The collar is used to strike the coin. As Chris said it is PMD

    Just to clarify, being around the block a few time doesn't make anyone an expert.
    I had a Boss way early in my construction years that said. When you meet someone, who is more knowledgeable than you.
    Pick there brain!
    Then put it to use.
