I'm not certain at all that it is but it sure looks like it is to me. It's a 1982 large date copper I believe. I am certian it's copper because I did weigh it, the things I'm not certain of are the DD and the size of the date because I just don't know enough about them to know for sure. I do know that taking images of it we're extremely difficult because it had serious issues focusing on the letters/numbers due to what appears to be doubling especially on the E Pluribus Unum. It's extremely fuzzy. What do y'all think. It will not hurt my feelings at all if I'm wrong because I usually am. Rachel
April's Coin World magazine is all about doubled die Lincoln cents. It would be a inexpensive reference tool at the issue price of $5.99. Your coin is not a doubled die. For modern Lincoln cents look for 1995 and 1995-D. Those two coins have very nice doubling and are still in the wild. There has been at least two posted here that I know of. Keep hunting.
Yes that is a large date copper. Winner winner chicken dinner. That being said, your coin is not worth more than 1c.
