Just for laughs, let's say I'm not imagining that I might have a 1974 Roosevelt with full bands even though neither NGC or PCGS show one ever graded? Just how detailed does the bottom band have to be to qualify for designation? I can see a complete line in between the band, but it is a bit faint. Does it just have to exist uninterrupted, or does it have to be strong and well defined? I've seen some borderline cases before in my opinion on other years, so why not this one???
