2000 P small dollar

    Hello,

    While looking through some small dollars, I found the one on the left. It is super, unusually, shiny. On the reverse, at about 11:00, some of the plating appears to have come off, revealing a gray base. It does not look normal to me, and I was hoping you know what's going on with it.

    I put a regular one on the right for reference. The difference between the two is much stronger in person...
