It's a 1922 Peace dollar. Looks as if it may have been cleaned some time in the past.

I know she hasn't cleaned this, she didn't know she had it.Should we look further into it?

Some one has cleaned it in it's lifetime, there really isn't any need to look into it further. It around an XF-Au details coin, the cleaning has hurt some of it's value, worth around 20$

Someone said this could be a low relief satin proof

AnonymousCoinCollector Reintroduce silver coins to circulation!

May I ask who that someone is?

Those proofs for that year are exceptionally rare.

Your coin is not a proof, unfortunately.

I’d like to share this website with you. The person that told you your coin might be a proof was probably referring to this.

Unfortunately, you have a regular business strike coin. I can tell because I compared the rays on the reverse of each coin. You can check for yourself (where the red arrows are) and see that your coin does not have these telltale features.

    It’s still worth roughly $20 though :)
