Nearly 2 month ago, I posted this ancient item which happened to be a Roman " coin remnant production". The reverse has ROMAE as legend and shows the famous suckling she-wolf. The obverse exhibits a bearded Roman Emperor heading right. The legend there reads : IMP C and then few letters like L M O or D. The emperor looks well like Clodius Albinos to me. I'd love to read your guess since I don't encounter such an item every day nor even every year. It weighs 15.5 g.
It reminds me of my Laodicea Macrinus but the type was used by others in that period. With imagination you can read IMP C M OP SEVE.
