Half $ search

I hope you find a bank that's not the one you order from to drop off at, or your coin orders might end rather abruptly..

With any of the banks I order halves from, I've assured that they'll never see the coins again. Especially if you're the only one in the area ordering halves, banks don't tend to enjoy halves sitting around in the vault for long periods at a time..

I deposit my coins at a different bank than I pick up, in precounted coin bags. They just sit around in the vault until the next delivery and get shipped off. I also pick up any halves that bank gets and keep them until I have enough for a bag, and send those off too. The bank's happy, I'm happy, everybody wins! (Except, perhaps, the central vault that gets to deal with all these halves..)

I'm a slow searcher--I get a box, and I search a few rolls at a time, so it takes me 2-4 weeks to make my way through. That makes it feel even worse when I get done and have to say, "Well, that was dismal."
