I know this might be a wee-bit outside of the coin chat forum, but it was the best fit I was wondering if everyone could give their opinions on a logo for hats and shirts i want to have made for my website. At this time, i dont have ANY plans to sell these, it just for me and the family to wear - free advertisement The image i started with is a scan and crop of the $1 central figure of George Washington. I then modified it slightly to fit with getting the image emboridered. The second image is what everything looks like as a finished project. Please tell me what you think
I like the design , But there seems to be something missing from the text.. Mabey make it a bit bolder or put a border around it.
The lettering is off-center. It needs to slide to the right about 1/2 a box. Other than that, it looks great to me. Guy~
the design shows much bolder on my printouts, and the lighter colored 'shadow' is in place of a generic outline. In design faze, i took a look at an outline, and it didnt look right. I took a look at the lettering, and for some reason, in the image, its is shifted, but on my screen it is more centered. I must have made the change after createing the image.
Daggar, sure looks like you need to add the rest outline of the Washingtons headdd: big hole in cranium. John
i did try that, but it didnt look the same. I liked it alot better the way it turned out here. Thanks to everyone (the few ) who voted so far
I agree with johndo. Something wrong with Washington's cranium. How about doing a Monty Python thing and turn Washington on his side and then have blood squirting out of his head? Just a thought.....
Clembo, clembo, clembo. What are we going to do with you? Just joking, lol. I like it a lot Dagger, but I think maybe to make it look a little more "appealing" in a sense. maybe move like suggested earlier www.DaggerJon.com over a tad bit to the right, and maybe put something under Washington's bust, maybe like a quote or something.
