    Hey Forum Folks,

I found this Seller's items yesterday while searching Bay (see link below)! I thought that some of you all might be interested in some of the coins this Seller is offering. I am sorry that I did not post this Thread earlier as some really nice coins have already sold. I do not know and never have done any business with this Seller and just though you all might want to see or even bid on some of his/her nice coins. If my Grandpa had left me coins like these, I don't think that I would ever sell them!

If I am reading it right, they are required to be sold. Maybe I am reading too much into it, but that is my interpretation.

BTW - I do not like to bid on auctions with a not return policy.

    rlm,

I did not get that from reading the item description! I would bet that the Seller either needs the money or has no interest whatsoever in coins.

I am sure that he can say anything he wants there, but that is how I read it.

His earlier auctions stated that they were his Grandfathers coin collection and the money was to be distributed within the estate.

You guys must have a different taste in coins than I. Looking at his inventory, I see a lot of worked and overdipped coins.
Maybe I'm just cynical, but I don't buy the story these were "inherited" coins either. The primary reason is this term:

"items sold as is and all sales final as estate settlement does not allow for returns"

My BS detector is going off.....Mike

Do you think that this 1878 7tail feather is worked?

At a minimum I'd say it was dipped and retoned. May be AT from the color scheme too...Mike

YOU GUYS DO REALIZE HE HAS A "NO RETURN" POLICY.

You may like gambling with your money, I do not.

Be careful guys. This guy is a scammer.

    Dont' say I didn't warn you...MIke

Those coins are going for stupid money compared to what they would likely grade at PCGS or NGC. I cannot figure out why this person keeps getting high bids -- must be that "FDC" thing. Maybe he has a ring of shill bidders.

Suckers and noobs (no offense!) are falling for it hook, line, and sinker.

[edited to add: Take a look at the high bidders in these auctions. Look at the number of feedbacks they have. I think you will notice that the vast majority are low-feedback buyers that are likely are inexperienced. Who else would buy high-dollar uncertified coins with no return policy?]
