I believe it is a Die Clash and not much premium.

So are die clashed errors in relief or incused? I am becoming confused. I plan to send the coin to PCGS when I get it. Since ALL of my PCGS and NGC slabbed clashes are incused, I think I will go for it! Wish me luck and I will post pics when it is slabbed as a flip over strike.. If you are selling coins like this with the details in relief, I am very interested, upload a pic or two of yours and I will buy them all day at $5 but ONLY if the design is in relief (raised up from) and not incused (cut into)! And you must have a verified paypal account if I send you any money, even better, post two or three on ebay:) I bid there all the time. If you can come up with a few of those IN RELIEIF I am ready to buy so get posting, just guarantee them to be in relief (the error image):)

The design will be the opposite of what appears on the normal coin.
That is, as in your picture, the 'raised' areas on the obverse, showing the columns from the reverse, are raised because they are the indented areas between the columns in the Lincoln memorial.
Mike Diamond may be able to explain this far better than I can.
