Does anybody know a link to a centered flip over strike cent values page?

Does anybody know a link to a centered flip over strike cent values page? I have read replies that say that is a clash, sorry but you are incorrect. I ahve PCGS slabbed clashes as I collect nice errors, that coin is NOT a clash! Clashes have an incused design, I have a thick book by Arnie Margolis and other error books and they all call this a flipover strike like the seller says.. I am finding lots of sites that list them, but none state the value, only stating that they are rare..

Good grief, first get the coin and let's talk after that.

From those small pictures, it's even hard to tell what it should be. It makes me wonder why the seller couldn't be bothered to slab it in the first place if he actually knows such errors as well as the high value.
