Centered Flip Over Struck Lincoln Cent value?

How much is a centered flip over strike lincoln cent worth? I want to bid but I am not sure how much, $700, $1200, more? Any advise will be helpful!

Die Clash.

 

Nope, have my book right here and it says that die clash errors are incused, the seller says this one is in relief or risen up from the coin, two different animals, not a clash. I own clashes in PCGS slabs, they are incused. There are centered multi struck coins, some of them flip, my book says this is rare and worth at least $700 unlike a clash...
