Nope. You wouldn't have to ask if this was the famous 1969-s ddo. Your coin has mechanical doubling - not even close to the real thing (hub doubling) which is much more dramatic in this case.
Perhaps it's just me, but I cannot make out sufficient detail to identify exactly what you're seeing. It's certainly not the hoped-for variety, but if strike doubling or anything at all, no.
